"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and today I'm going to show you how to get into the swing of things with kettlebells. Okay, if you feel like you need a little bit more challenge than the one-armed chest press, try the "two-handed chest press" with a static hold, okay? Let me show you how that's done. Same movement as the single kettlebell chest press. Make sure when lifting the kettlebell, turn your hip and body toward it, so as not to strain the joints. Now, body is flat. Press both kettlebells up. Hold one up and do five reps with the other, just like this. It's all about proper tension, proper breathing, proper alignment. And that's five. And then what you want to do is hold the other one up while you're pressing the left one. Now, what you want to do is try to do this for time, say, do it for one minute straight, doing five reps on one side, five reps on the other, and you'll see what I'm talking about. And then work up to two minutes, you'd be really surprised. As you see, I'm glistening with sweat."
