"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and today I'm going to show you how to get into the swing of things with kettlebells. Okay, right now I'm going to do an exercise that is phenomenal for the total body. And by the way, kettlebells are--every move is total body, even though it might be emphasizing a certain area of the body. Right now, we're going to do "Turkish get-ups," okay? And it starts out on the floor or you can start out standing up. I'm going to show you from the floor. Key, arm should be completely straight, locked out, wrist straight, punching through the ceiling, pick a point on the ceiling. You have one leg bent and launch it from here, come up to the elbow. Your eyes are staying on the kettlebell the whole time. Up, notice how my back is straight. Now, I lift my leg, my butt, the whole thing, supporting on my hand and leg. Now, I'm in the lunge position, pushing off with the back leg to stand up. Notice I keep my focus up on the kettlebell and my intention upward, even when I'm going back down. Balance is key. Back onto the butt, elbow and back."
