"RASUL AHMED DAVIS: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and today I'm going to show you how to get into the swing of things with kettlebells. Okay, the next exercise I'm going to be demonstrating now is called the "dead swing." It is the progression from the sumo dead lift, and the dead swing starts off like the sumo dead lift. From here, swing out, come down, swing out, come down. Show you from the front. Swing out, come back down to the floor. It's a dead swing because it's dead on the ground. The weight is dead. The key in all these exercises is safety. Get proper instruction. One of the best instructions you can get is Anthony DiLuglio of Punch Gyms Kettlebell Clinic. It's on the Web site."
