" On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Ralph Reyes. I'm the Dojo-cho and the aikido instructor at Chi Martial Arts in Miami Shores, Florida. Today we are going to learn beginner's techniques in aikido. Okay our next fundamental technique is called morote dori-kokyu ho. Basically uke, the attacker, is grabbing one hand with two hands. In other words he is grabbing my hand using two hands. I'm going to step in. First I'm going to off balance and take his power by stepping in parallel to his side. Then I step in, better I bring the elbows to his face and my hip I throw. Right here two hands grabs one, I step in, I put the elbow to the face, and I throw. "
