"Most importantly with looking at a bicycle you defiantly should have bicycle helmet whether your doing road riding mountain bike riding or just riding down the block you should have a helmet at all times and picking out a helmet it's important to note if you but the most expensive helmet or the least expensive helmet you don't sacrifice anything as far as safety. What does change is your ventilation in your helmet. The nicer helmet is usually lighter weight it's usually more ventilated and the fit of it is a little bit nicer. Most of the nicer helmets have an adjustable knob on here that will allow you to custom, customize the retention on the back of your head. This particular one is kind of nice cause it's really bright it's really stylish and it matches a lot of bikes. People will see you coming on this one and most importantly you will be safe. If we look at a different style of helmet this one right here pretty similar in ventilation, styling and it may just happen to be that you like this one better or it fits you better. No sacrificing in comfort what so ever and you can adjust it right here in the back to make sure that it fits you correctly and that it's safe."
