" Hi! My name is Miriam and today we are going to be talking about some basic rugby skills. This is Bess and she is going to be helping me show you the proper technique for tackling. Today we are going to be doing a standing still, which is how you would first practice. Of course in a game you will be doing this while running. You want to face the person you are tackling. You want to get low. To make sure you are low enough, remember, cheek-to-cheek, get down, grab your arms all the way around, squeeze…a little bit of pressure and down they go. Now we are going to show you tackle at full speed. "
