"On steeper run ups, longer run ups, you'll usually find that you want to shoulder the bike completely. To do that, you as your, after your dismount, you quickly reach down, pick up your down tube, flick it onto your shoulder, and you want to reach through under the frame and hold the end of the bar like this. There are some alternative ways that you see people shouldering, like over the top, stuff like that. It's really, you know, not that recommended. This way puts a lot more pressure on your, on your shoulder and stuff like that. So any time that you're running for longer than maybe like fifteen or twenty seconds, it's probably going to be the best way to do it. It's good and you know stable. You can run all you want without really having to worry about things moving along. So I'll do one or two at a, at, at you know more of a, more realistic clip, so you get the idea of how this whole action works. So, reach through, pick it up. So you can usually use the momentum of your wheels to help just take the bike right off the ground. If you want to get real fancy sometimes you can get off holding onto the down tube. But mostly for, you know your longer runs, especially steeper run where you need to get your weight farther forward, picking up and flipping up like this is how you're going to want to carry it."
