"So concluding our demonstration of possible applications of the Tai Chi Chen-style 18-form, I just wanted to reiterate that these are all just possible applications. They should not be focused on particularly. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of other possible applications for each of these moves. And generally, we like to encourage the practitioner to find their own applications, to discover their own possibilities. There are a number of energies that are associated with Tai Chi. And as one practices more and more, it's highly recommended that one find these energies and discover what energy it is that you believe that you're using as you're practicing the form. And then as you learn the applications and attempt the applications, you can try and make these energies come out for yourself, and discover them. I also want to say that I am not a master. This is just several applications that I have come up with over the course of time. This should, again, be followed, or actually preceded by, hopefully months, if not years, of push hands practice, which I won't be covering today. And a general familiarization with all of the Tai Chi principles because these will all be very difficult to execute without a good understanding of the inner principles, of years of silk reeling practice, and lots of form practice."
