"Hey. Mike Bronco here at Bronco's Gym, Madison, New Jersey. Now we've just completed the Weekend Warrior Workout. Now it's very important to go over the steps again because I want you to really get this and get some results from it. Now we designed the workout to not take a lot of time. We took some time explaining it to you today, and it may take a little bit longer in the beginning because you're learning it, and I encourage you to do that. Again, take your time. If you feel any pain or discomfort, stop. And again, I'm going to say it one more time, always consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program. It's important for all of us. Consistency is the key. You need to do this workout at least twice a week. If not, you're going to run the risk of getting injured, or at least setting yourself back. Every time you do it it's like starting over. So at least twice a week. I recommend at least one day in between, if not, two days in between, depending on your level of fitness, up to three days a week. Now you could go through this two times as a circuit, three times, and then I would encourage to visit our website, broncosgym.com. We'll have advanced workouts for Weekend Warriors and other types of workouts for core and other types of things. So you can always check our website for updates after you've completed this. Once again, I'm going to emphasize consistency is the key. Okay, so when you're going to go do your sports, you've got to be consistent with the workout or you might get hurt. Most important of all, of all this, is to make sure you have fun. We're doing this stuff to have fun. It's not intended to work out like an Olympian. That's not what this workout is about. It's the Weekend Warrior Workout. Have fun with it. Enjoy it."
