"MATT VANSTEENIS: Hi. My name is Matt Vansteenis. On behalf of Expert Village, today we're going to learn how to snowboard the terrain park here at beautiful Mt. Brighton in Brighton, Michigan. In this clip we're going to teach you how to do nose presses. Nose presses are a really good trick to do on some boxes and rails but we're going to start on the flat ground first. So just like with our manual where you lean back, nose press is just different so you lean forward. You bring your tail off the ground, keep your shoulders straight, front knee back, kinda lock up this back leg a little bit and bring your tail off the ground. Now, your tail has to stay off the ground or it doesn't count as a nose press. So, you know, this is easy 'cause it's flat ground so you can just drop your tail in right away. But when you get progressed into boxes and rails you gotta-you gotta keep that tail off the box."
