"Hi! This is Matthew Willis again with Texas Parkour and I am going to be showing you another urban movement which helps you get through your environment with 100 percent efficiency. What I am going to be showing you today a tic tac or wall run or just attack. These are used often times to try to get you up and over an object such as stairs or even a trash can or a bench. To try to explain this a little bit what you are going to need to do is practice a little bit. You can practice with one hand up against the wall, while trying to wall run and once you are a little bit more advanced you can try and do this without using your had. You are going to try and get a good grippy pair of shoes for this otherwise it won't work very well. You can slide down the wall and end up hurting yourself. Remember to check our your areas always before you continue any of these urban movements. Again when you are trying to do the tic tac or wall run depends on which style you are going to use. Often times you can do just a tac which is one foot. You are going to plant it and you are going to be somewhat close to the wall. You are going to be hitting it with the side of your foot right there on the edge of your foot mostly and you are going to be attacking up and away from the wall. There are also the 2 foot wall run and usually you would start with your off foot so that you can push off with your power foot which is going to be the closest of the wall. Now if you are going to try a 3 foot tac or wall run, generally what you are going to do is start with your good foot and then you are going to hit with your bad foot again and so you can push up and away from the wall as much as possible.
