"You've just learned how to burn more calories walking. Now, there are several ways to do this. You can interval train and do cardio bursts in between. And, something like that is walking moderately for about five minutes. Then, do two minutes of something intense that's going to get that heart rate up. Something like jumping jacks, which I showed you. Toe taps or even mountain climbers. Speed walking. Incorporate things like that into your walk. And, if you can burn more calories by doing something like that or increasing your distance. Or, you can do both. Increase your distance and add in interval cardio bursts. Now, another way you can burn more calories is just by increasing your muscle. When you increase your muscle, you're automatically burning more calories even when you're not working out. So, that's totally an excellent way to get more calories burning. And, I showed you a few ways that you can incorporate that into your walk. You can do things like the walking lunges, tree sit, the tricep dips or even the push up on a tree or whatever you have accessible to you. Now, remember the benefits of walking are numerous. But, just to name a few. Walking reduces stress. Walking also decreases your risk of obesity, heart disease and it also gives you more energy and reduces stress. What more could you ask for?
