"Ok. So, now we're going to incorporate speed walking into our interval training. Basically, you have a moderate walk which is the walk you will be doing regularly. And, then the speed walk is a little bit faster than that moderate walk. I'm going to demonstrate to you how this looks. I'm going to start with a moderate walk and them I'm going to speed up to my speed walk. Now, also when you're walking remember to walk heel-toe. Even when you're speed walking, remember to really pump those arms. So, the moderate walk and then my speed walk looks something like this. And, that was just a quick demonstration of how you would do that. Now, you may want to incorporate your interval training. If you're going to speed walk, do it for two minutes or so. Real pump up that, really get the blood pumping and really get that heart rate up. And, you?re definitely going to burn more calories this way."
