" Hi! My name is Leta and I’m a yoga instructor for the School of Yoga located in Pittsburgh. In Patanjali Yoga Sutras it is written "Yogas citta vritti nirodhah", which translates as yoga is a sensation of the fluctuations of the mind. And in yoga meditation we work to reduce the number of thoughts that have been through the mind, now we do that we accomplish that through the use of the breath. The mind has an interesting ability to be able to reflect upon itself when we use the mind’s ability to study itself in meditation."
