    "My name is Kendall James. I am a quarterback with the Knights of Miami Semi Pro Team and today I am going to teach you how to play quarterback. Okay you could do all the drills in the world. If you can't do it with a football, it doesn't make any sense to do it all. Right now we are going to do a grip like we said earlier, then we are going to have our grip and have the ball high. We are just going to emphasize throwing, so we are going to emphasize throwing. We want that motion, we want that wrist to snap, snap it. We want that wrist to snap. It might be uncomfortable at first; you'll get used to it. Snap that wrist."
