"The next warm up drill we'll do is jump roping. Jump roping is good to work out your thigh muscles, your knees, your calf muscles, and also your ankles. If you don't have a jump rope, you can do jumping jacks. They workout the same muscles. It's good to jump rope for ten minutes for a good warm up. You can break it down in intervals if you like, because it kind of gets--it's hard to jump rope for ten straight minutes. So when you start, you can start with both feet. And it's good to isolate different legs, so you can switch and jump off one leg. And then go to the left. And keep switching in between both. Just to change up the motion. And that's the end of the jump roping drill. "
