Hi. My name is Jordan Dahl. We're talking about intermediate floor gymnastics and the next tumbling pass I wanted to talk was your round off back handspring back tuck. Now this can be a really fun pass and it's really showy compared to the other things we've been looking at. I, I would really advise you to not move on to this trick until you have really gotten a hold of your double back handspring. The reason being is getting control of your head position. If you learn to set up before you get in control of setting back it can throw you off as you try and, and move onward. So make sure that you're getting your double back handspring down before you move on to this. Really, the only big difference between the two is obviously your head position, your setting and where your feet down. As you come down out of your rebound from your first back handspring you want to hit the ground straight up so you can travel straight up in the air. Let your head bring you up. Watch something on the wall to make sure you finish that set and pull your knees around. That's what's going to get you around and then just stick it like any other pass.
