"My name is Juan Carlos with Expert Village, and today we're going to be talking about softball for beginners. In this segment, we're going to teach you how to catch a fly ball. The second thing is you want to get under the ball, and the third thing is you want to have 2 hands up and catch the ball with 2 hands."
