"Now, it?s important to remember as a beginner you are going to fall. If feel the rope slipping out of your hands, simply let go and try and squat down and fall on your back side. You don't want to fall forward because you'll get a stiff neck or a mouth full of water. There will be times when you cannot predict when you will fall. In that case just tuck it, if you are going forward; tuck your neck down and try and do a summer salt. If you are going sideways, you want to get away from the skis as best you can, in other words fall into the water and let the skis come off. They will come off probably anyway, but otherwise you can turn an ankle. Now if you're just ending your run, and you just let go of the rope, again just slowly fall into the water and sit down."
