"In this segment it may seem a little repetitive but we're going to do it one more time. That's right stretch out those muscles. Now, after we worked out that hard and we intensified so many different muscles, it's so important to stretch every muscle that you worked. Now you may have a preference on stretches that you like to do better but we really focused today on our shoulders, our quads, our hamstrings, our triceps, a lot of upper body work and throughout your abs. So it's so important to avoid injuries in the future so that you stretch before in the middle and at the end after every workout. So once again we're going to pull it across, stretch out that front arm, let the blood flow, stretch out the other arm, continue on. Now if you feel there's other stretches that you want to do, that's totally fine. Reach back, we're going to do the other arm. Now don't forget about those legs because the entire time we worked out we did every leg muscle as well as your abs. Now just stretching up and simply releasing all of the lactic acid that's built up from that workout. But we're really going to stretch out those quads again, maybe stretch the hip flexor one more time. Rotate it again. Stretch out that hamstring, pull it on up. Kind of shake it out. Now you can play, play in the pool, have a good time, or you just got your workout done, have a great day."
