"In this segment, we've just finished up burning our arms. Now I know that your shoulders are on fire, your arms should be on fire, your fingers should be tingling because they've been out by the side the entire time we just did the last workout. The number one thing to remember like when we began is to stretch. These muscles are going to get really tight and you can get cold because you're in the pool so it's really important to keep the blood flowing and to keep everything warmed up so that we're not having any injuries. Now you don't want to completely stop moving while you stretch because we have built our heart rate up that much so kind of move around in the pool. You should be in the middle range, so you're just going to walk around, walk it off and begin those stretches again. Arm all the way across the chest and that's going to feel so good because I know your arms are sore. We're going to count to 5 4 3 2 1. Let the blood flow back into your fingertips. Rotate arms. 5 4 3 2 1. Then let the flow back into the fingertips again. We're going to stretch that tricep back. Aw that feels good, my arms are so tight right now. And one more on the other arm 5 4 3 2 1 and that should feel a lot more better, let's move on."
