"Hello, my name is David Gellber I represent the Halo Ultimate Frisbee community and I'm here to do a little talk on ultimate Frisbee on behalf of expert village. The second throw you need to know is the side arm throw or the flick. That throw is gripped underneath the rim with two fingers the thumb on top kind of like your going to shoot somebody with a gun and you just put the Frisbee right there and rest it. Turn the Frisbee so its pretty much perpendicular to the ground the nose of the Frisbee pointing up two shoulders perpendicular to the ground. Same thing with the back end you must cock your wrist, bring the Frisbee back around waist level, transfer your weight from back foot to front foot and then the last second snap the wrist to get the revolution where it spends on the Frisbee and again that's what will cause the Frisbee to fly in a stable motion. Again, imagine there is a person in front of you trying to defend against you, so you will have to step around them to throw your Frisbee."
