" Hi! I am Dave Shelton explaining Frisbee and I am representing Expert Village.com. The first thing that is really important about Frisbee is throwing. Now there are a lot of different kinds of throws you can do but for me one of the most important things and it is the basic one, is the front forward throw. It is one that is almost used in almost every competition, it is probably the most used of anything; more than trick shots, more than any reverse shots, it is basically what propels the Frisbee. It is very simple and you can master this very quickly. Grasp the Frisbee, if you are left handed use your left hand, if you are right handed use your right hand very obvious, you are going to take the front of the Frisbee and grab it with your thumb at a 45 degree angle, as you can see that very simple. On the inside, you are going to take your hand and grab your fingers also in a 45 degree angle with your fingers and the pinky right up against the edge of the Frisbee rim, you could see that. You want to make sure that you grip is not too tight or too loose or you are going to loose control of the Frisbee and it is going to slide out of your hand or it is not going to go in the direction that you want. Next you have to make sure your wrist is cocked correctly, you do not want to make that too tight and you do not want to make that too loose either, a nice firm cocking of your wrist. Okay now for the full toss of the Frisbee you are going to use your whole arm and basically this is how you do it; you cock elbow at an angle and then you cock your wrist almost at the same angle, so you can propel it through correctly, almost like a golfer when he does his back swing and then you lean a little forward and simply toss it. That is it, very simple. Again 45 degree angle, 45 degree angle, your wrist cocked comfortably, elbow cocked, make sure you are comfortable and then propel it forward, as simple as that. Very useful throw, as I said it is the basic throw, but to me it is the most important. If you master this one and everything else is a piece of cake. "
