"Hi, I’m Jacob Garcia with JGG Fitness Denver. On behalf of ExpertVillage.com, I’d like to demonstrate to you the weighted ball toss exercise for the abdominals. For this exercise you just need an exercise mat and a weighted ball. You also need a partner, so I’m going to have my partner, Diego, come out and demonstrate. You just need to sit on the mat, grab the weighted ball and lie flat on your back. Your partner is going to stand in front of you about two feet from your feet. You’re going to tilt your pelvis up toward the ceiling and have the weighted ball above your head and crunch up and at the top of your crunch you’re going to toss the ball to your partner. He’s going to toss the ball back to you. As you catch it, you’re going to go back into the motion. When you start out, I recommend using about a 5 pound weighted ball and you should be able to do about 12 to 15 of these. When you’re finished just place the ball behind your head, sit up, and enjoy the rest of your workout. "
