"In this segment we're just about done, we just really have to focus on stretching those muscles back out. The inner thigh is a muscle group that we don't focus on as often as maybe we should so it's so important to be sure to stretch it out at the end so that it is ready to go. Let's just start out with a nice and easy butterfly stretch. Feet together, hands in, and just push down gently on those knees with your elbows. Don't over do it because those muscles are tired now after a workout like that. You're going to push down, hold for as long as you feel a really good stretch. Then bring them down back into the front to kind of alternate what stretch we were just doing in oppose because we still did work our hamstrings in the back parts of our legs in a lot of those workouts. Let's come back open to our straddle position and just crawl forward and you'll feel that stretch from the inside of your hamstrings as you come forward. Just keep pulling down until you feel a good stretch and hold. It's so important to hold, you may feel a little pain but just let it go. Now if you're working out with a partner or someone else, you actually can do a stretch like this together. You have someone else in front of you, they can do their straddle right along the other side of your heel, you could put your feet together, hold each others hands and use it as a partner workout to pull each other forward. Like this to help that person get a little bit better stretch on the inside thigh. Just to make sure that we've stretched it all the way out."
