"Now we are going to get into some shoulder excercises. I am going to show you a Front Raise. What you are going to do is start in a neutral position. Kees bent, back flat, head neutral with your spine. Keep a slight bend in your elbows. That's going to keep the pressure and the stress off your shoulder joints. Just the basic up and down. It is up to you. You can either alternate or do both at the same time. Don't bounce, don't swing. Bouncing and swinging is a sign that the weight maybe just a little to heavy for you. Just a couple more. Keep the shoulder stabilized, keep the bend in your elbows, and breathe normally. There you go. that's a Front Shoulder Raise."
