"Next I'm going to show you a variation of the incline bench bicep curl. It's the same thing, but hammer style. So, again you want to come back on the bench, grab the weights with your palms facing into your body, shoulders are stabilized. The stabilizer muscles for your biceps are in your shoulders. So, head flat on the bench, nice and comfortable and you just want to curl that straight up and down. Breathing normally. Don't arch your back. Feet planted firmly on the floor. This exercise is going to target the outer portion of your bicep, as well as your forearms. Just a couple more. Try not to swing the weights. That's a sign that they are too heavy. There you go. There's your incline bench or supine hammer curl."
