"Next, I'm going to show you an exercise that's really not used that much. It's a variation on the Tricep Dip, but it's called a Trap Dip. What it is, you hop up in this roaming chair and extend your elbows. Your arms are going to be nice, straight, and tight. You just want to go up and down using the muscles in your upper back or your traps. So what you want to do is just go down and bring yourself up using the muscles in your upper back, in your traps, and it's just a basic up and down. Make sure you are breathing normally; your head is neutral with your spine, keep your neck straight and it's just a simple up and down. Again, keep your elbows nice and straight, nice and stabilized. Come down. Hold that for a half second and it's just a basic down and up. That's it. Three sets up ten, it will burn your traps right out. There you go; up and down. That's a trap dip."
