"Alright. Next, we're going to show you a lower back exercise that you can do anytime anyplace. We call these hoods. Because, there's a really big long name for them. But, we call them hoods. Because, it looks like the hood ornament of a fifty-seven Chevy. Amy will now demonstrate. To work her lower back to warm it up, she is going to bring her shoulders up off the ground and her arms out to the side while continuing to look down. Let's do it, Amy. She's going to breathe out and come up looking down towards the floor. Don't pull your head back too far and put strain on your neck. Now, this should warm up your lower back. If this causes you back pain, then don't do it. Now, on the other hand if you want more of a challenge for your lower back let's do Superman's. Amy is now going to put her arms out in front of her. And, she's going to continue to raise her shoulders up. But, she's also going to point her toes. And, she's going to lift her shoulders and her toes at the same time. This is a more challenging back exercise. But, this will help you with your core power. And, you can do it anywhere anyplace."
