"Next we are going to show you a triceps exercise you can do this any place, you have got a chair, a bench or anything that is not going to move away, these are chair dips. Amy's going to put her hands close to her sides, she is going to bend her knees for the easier version and now she is going to bend at the elbow sand her butt is going to go straight down and straight up, she is going to breathe out as she comes up. She is keeping, once again keeping her butt close to the chair. This will work the back of your arms, it is a great exercise. Now if this is to easy, Amy's now going to straighten her legs out for you, this makes the exercise much more challenging. She is going to go straight down to the floor, she is going to lock her arms out as she comes up at the top of the exercise working her triceps. If this bothers your elbows or your wrists don't do this exercise, otherwise any place that you have got a bench or a chair you can do this exercise. As you see looking at Amy's face it is a challenging exercise. "
