"So another gentle way to release tension and strain from the upper back, neck and shoulder area is to extend your hands you can interlace your hands like this. Draw the palms forward and then up overhead and then release the hands to the top of your head draw the elbows back. Try to think of taking the crown of your head up towards your hands and then keeping that extension in your neck draw your hands around behind your head elbows come towards each other and gently begin to release your chin towards your chest. Being mindful to not strain or pull on the neck but just gently on the exhale releasing allowing tension to let go from wherever you feel this in the back of your neck and then keeping your chin toward your chest release the fingertips to the floor and slowly lift the head back up."
