Video Transcript

"So the next stretch is a really good opener for your outer hip. It's also a bit of a balancing pose. You can lift your right foot up, take your ankle, cross it over your left thigh. As you work your right knee open to the side, allow your seatbones to stick back. Feel your tailbone tucking down. Keeping your spine nice and long, you can begin to ease forward and find a nice stretch for your outer hip. Exhale. You can lift back up. And switch sides, lifting the left knee up, draw the ankle across the right thigh. Seat your seatbones back, tucking your tailbone. Keep your chest open, your lower back long."
