Some of the benefits of utilizing the dumbbells is just a convenience. It's very simple and very inexpensive. You can hit all parts of your body; also because most dumbbells are independent you will be using only one side at a time. A lot of people have imbalances from right to left. The left leg or their right leg might be stronger. It just throws a whole lot of different angles that you might not be able to use with just regular body weight or even if you are just using a big Olympic bar. So it just throws a little diversity in there. One more way to challenge your body is to keep your body guess in, you know keep your results come in and progressing forward towards your goal. So through this series we are going to run through a bunch of different exercises, show a bunch of things that hit your body from head to toe and get your body moving forward, get you towards those goals and we will be all set.
