"At the end, or towards the end, of the sunsalutation, we have another chance to create back bends. All of the back bends are steadying back bend from the belly, so we're back bending up instead of the opposite, where the rest of the time we've been back bending from the back. All of the positions that we're going to demonstrate for you now, we would only do one, we're not going to put these all together, so when you get to the cobra you can do a small cobra and then any one of these back bending from the floor positions. So, we're going to come to a cobra and we're going to demonstrate from cobra, and then we're going to release and we're going to do the back vinyasa. So we're going to stretch our arms out over the head and we're going to lift the right arm right leg only. Look forward, that's an inhale and then release and exhale. Left arm left leg lifts, we inhale, release exhale. We're going to lift both arms and both legs, inhale and exhale. Now you can do that as many times as you want, that's why it's called a vinyasa. Come back to cobra and close out the sunsalutation."
