"Intermediate crunch on the stability ball, you've got your cushion of air so you're going to control all this momentum. Put that ball into the small of the back. Now, if you've mastered your basic where you have your fists underneath your chin, you're going to have to control a little more leverage and momentum here by bringing those elbows out to your peripheral vision, but leaving your neck in nice, neutral posture and inhale before you start the movement with your feet hip width apart, exhale, crunch, lead with your chest and try to gaze your eyes up out and over and not up at the ceiling. And, inhale, back, just to where you feel that contraction in the mid body release, but you've got nice stability going on with your very active legs. Inhale and exhale, crunch, think of that accordion effect, rib to pelvis, pelvis to rib that distance stays the same as you lower. Think of that energy shooting out through the top of your head, inhale and exhale, crunch, hold and release. Work your way up from ten to twenty reps. "
