"Hi, I'm Bob Larew. Remember I told you earlier that divers have the best abs, and if you want to lose something from here, well I've got some exercises for you to work on your abs. Right now we're just going to concentrate on the lower portion of our abs. I've got four things that you can do to strengthen that area. Here's the first one. You're going to lay down on your mat, back on the floor, extend your legs. Okay, all we're doing right now is a leg raise. You can put your hands underneath your back. I would do about three sets of twenty on these at least. Second exercise, a lot harder, is called a pike up. You're going to lift your legs as we just did, but now you're going to lift your upper body. It looks something like this. Two more that you can do, and they kind of work together, the first one is what I call six inches. Laying flat on your back again, extend your legs, hold your feet six inches off the ground. From here what you can do is add flutter kicks. Do these for three seconds about twenty, you'll have some great lower abs. "
