"Hi! My name is China Smith from Sarasota, Florida. I'm the People's Champ. On behalf of Expert Village and competitive boxing I'm getting ready to demonstrate and do a couple of workouts, warm-up workouts. Hope you enjoy yourself. Thank you. Hand Wraps. Hi! My name is Tom Keeler. I'm here with China Smith and friends. I'm here to show you how to wrap your hands. First, you want to roll your hand-wrap up with the side that says 'this side down' tucked in. Then, you want to start. Cover your hand-wrap, shake your hands loose. Get them real nice and loose. Put your thumb through the hand wrap. This is the most important part because you can cut your circulation off. Keep this part fairly loose. Try to keep the finger here, keep the finger there to keep it loose. I go one, two, around the back of the wrist and com up around the back of the hand and I do four. One, two, three, four. And from here, you want to come up from here like you're going to do a fifth but you want to stop and go under your finger here. When you bring in through your fingers, it's for better support. You want to go up and then under your thumb. You want to do the same thing with this finger. Right there, bing it up so it will look like that. Same thing, better support. You don't want to do this too tight because you can start to cut your circulation off and same thing there. When you bring it around the back of your hand that's where you want it to be snug. You don't want it to be too snug on your fingers. Then you bring it back and around, show you again, back and around the top. Then you want to do four again right from here. One, two, three and a four. Then from here you'll come back around and this is where you're going to go around your thumb. Come back to the side of the wrist and around the top, the top of the thumb there and back around back under your wrist. And you want to finish it with a nice snug, you want to finish it snug around the back of the wrist, real tight there. And that's the hand wrap there. It should look like there in the back there."
