Corn snakes don't tend to be bitters but if they do bite there is not much teeth to them. They have lots of little teeth but they are not painful they may scrap the skin. They will not rarely do much damage than that again never hold your snake by you face. You never want to give it opportunities to strike at your face. Small children and corn snakes they corn snakes are good for small children because they tend to be fairly friendly but it's preferable if you have a small child holding an adult corn snake. Because they are little bit easier to handle they are not as jumpy and they don't move as fast."
