"In this section I'm going to be giving you a run through on the next style of boards. This next style is called the free ride board. It's more for your all mountain cruising. You're going to be able to ride this in powder. Pretty much the, how it differs from the freestyle board, is that you'll notice right here, where you can mount the bindings is set further back, allowing for your nose to be longer and the tail to be shorter. This is going to make so your weight's not equally distributed across the board, but so it tilts it back a little bit because if you're riding powder, you're definitely going to want to be tilted back just a little bit. And then it's not going to be geared directly towards freestyle riding because if you'll notice right here, this is a much smaller tail than nose, so if you're riding switch it's not going to be as beneficial to you as using a freestyle board that's perfectly in the center of it, just because your tail is going to be way too short compared to your nose and it's going to throw you off just a little bit. But it's not going to make it so you're going to be able to progress at the, to the levels that you need to with spinning switch and riding backwards and landing switch just because it's going to be so offset for you. So this board is going to be really good if you just want to go cruise around the mountain or if you want to go and ride back country with powder and stuff. Strictly because it's set further back and it's not as center mounted as a freestyle board. And this is your basic free ride snowboard."
