on 11/30/2008 You teach backward rolls with bent arms, I think even my 3 years old gymnasts would laugh about that !!!!

And now we will demonstrate forward rolls and backward rolls, ready Hailey? Step back please, your arms are by your ears, you bend over slowly and tuck your head in and we roll. It’s important that our chin is down on our chest. Krissie please. Bend slowly, tuck your head in and finish. Excellent, one more time. Nice and tall, bend over slowly, head under and roll. Very nice Krissie. Ready, bend over, tuck your head under and stretch. Now we will do backward rolls. Sit down, hands by your ears and backward roll and finish. Krissie please. Sit, arms by your ears, roll and stand up and finish. One more time. Bend, arms bent, roll and stand up. Krissie. And go. Bend and roll and finish, very good. And we will be right back. "
