"Alright another piece of equipment you will need is a pair of socks, they go over your skates, over your shin guards, and you wear a girdle helps to hold up the socks. You can see the sock goes on just like that, and there?s a clip for them in front and back. Then put the girdle around your waist, it's as simple as that. Something solid something that fits correctly. A good way to size them is from where your glove meets to the inside of the arm on the shoulder pads."
