"Okay the next area that we're going to cover is going to be called the side toss. What that's going to do for is, it's going to help us with our abs again a little bit. It's going to make us, in our stance, toss to the side which is also going to help us when we start throwing hooks later on. And we're also going to switch after so that we're developing both sets. So we're going to get about oh maybe 6 feet apart. Okay. So as I toss it I'm standing on the side and I'm tossing it to Guy and he's tossing it back on this side. Okay we're not tossing it hard. We're not tossing it hard we're just going with the flow right now. And breathing. You've got to be able to breath. You want to switch? Now we're going to switch around so that we're actually, because right now I'm simulating throwing a left hook. Boom. Once I get over here now I can also simulate another hook. Boom. The right hook. So as we throw it I'm simulating a right hook. Actually the closer you keep it to your body the easier it's going to be to catch. The easier it's going to be to throw. The more you're going to get out of it for the hook part of it. There we have the side toss."
