"Hi, my name is Kip and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. In this video we are going to show you how to make a very simple but very good pie crust. A lot of times people tell me they can not make a good pie crust, well I'm here to show you that you can. You would just need 2 cups of flour, half of teaspoon of salt, 2/3 cups of Crisco, and 4 tablespoon of chilled water and notice I put ice in there. It is a good idea, the colder the better. That is all you need for ingredients to make a really good pie crust. "
