"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now I'm going to show you how to make glaze to put on the donuts. First of all we are going to make a chocolate glaze, it is basically the same way to make. I took cocoa powder it has you can either use some powder sugar with cocoa but I prefer to take cocoa chocolate powder that we use to make chocolate milk. I take one tablespoon of oil and 1 1/2 tablespoon of boiling water and mix ti together. I have here about 2 tablespoons, 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder. This is our first glaze. If you leave it is going to get harden, if you make it earlier before it is ready to be put on the donuts and it gets hard. Once you mix, it is going to become liquidly again. This is the first one here I used 3 tablespoons of powder sugar. I took 1 tablespoon, plastic tablespoon probably about 1/2 a tablespoon of oil. 1 1/2 which is probably 3/4 of a tablespoon. I'm going to mix it. If you want it to be thicker, you can always add a little bit of powder sugar to it. I'm going to show you. It would become whiter, or if it is too thick, you can always get a little bit of water but don't get too much water cause then it is going to get total quickly and it would not get harden. It would not have this white glazy color on top of the donut. Here we go. "
