CHEF BLONDIE: Okay. We've got a nice hot pan here. Put a little bit of our oil in. Ooh, and that oil is just skipping across the pan, it's nice and hot. Just the way I want it. I'm going to take my spatula. Crab cake number one going in. Crab cake number two going in. Going over to my sink. I want to keep a good eye on these-my flame's a little high, as I'm just going to bring this down a tiny bit. You can already see that the bread crumbs on the side are starting to brown. Lift it up a little bit and see how we're going to in there. Oh, it's nice and brown already. These are just nice and quick. And you can see they're just falling apart. They're dying to be eaten. Come under there and just turn that over. And these maybe another minute and a half to two minutes. And we've got crab cakes.
