"Well, the next step for our dinner, is to get our salad going. Now salad, easiest thing. Particularly because I happen to love those mixed greens that you can buy. Arugula, radicchio, they're already mixed together for you so you can look like you're really flexing your culinary muscles to your date, without really doing a whole lot. So I'm starting--I've just put the mixed greens in there, and these are little--I find these so adorable, little pearl tomatoes. You can, of course, add any ingredients you like to a salad. It just so happens that I felt, color palate-wise, we needed a little green still, because we've got--pink is taken care of by the salmon. We've got some orange being taken care of by the yams that are baking, and starting to smell very sweet in here. And then we needed a little red and green. I'm going to toss in a few more of these tomatoes, and we will make the dressing."
