"Hi! This is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make steak with spicy stuffed potato and collard greens with vinaigrette sauce. Okay so let's preheat our oven to 400 degrees. Okay the reason why we are going to work on our potatoes next is because the potatoes take the longest time. So what we are going to do first, is we are going to scrub down these potatoes because we are going to eat the actual skin and everything on this. So you definitely don't want to scrub it down. I have my scrubbing brush here and we are just going to turn the water on and we are just going to scrub it nice and thoroughly like so. You definitely get the dirt and whatever else is on it off. Okay and I am going to take my second one here and do the same. Scrub it nice and thoroughly. It is really good to get yourself one of these brushes. It is good to have around but they cost a lot and they definitely does the job. You can get in there where your hands can't get it. I think we are pretty good here with this potato. Now we are going to pat dry these potatoes, so I have two sheets here and I am just going to kind of pat dry them."
