Our pot pie has been the in the oven for about 35-40 minutes, let us see how it looks. Oh boy, does that look delicious just the way it suppose to nice and brown and flaky. We made a chicken stew, we made our own sauce, poached our own chicken, this is truly a homemade dish. It really looks wonderful. To serve I'm going to cut in to get a lot of nice pastry, steaming goodness, let us get some of that sauce, chicken, carrots, potatoes, peas. Serve it with a nice glass of wine and a delicious salad and you have a great meal winter, summer anytime. It really looks terrific.
