"Hi, my name is Karl James, owner of Creole Soul Catering and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Now that we have our rabbit here, we need to cut him up. Cutting a rabbit is almost like cutting a chicken, you just cut through where the joints are and it comes right off. These are his wings. There is a dish I like, I'm not going to do it this time, but you call it buffalo rabbit wings. That's the front legs and the same thing for the back and then cut through the ribcage."
