"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole barbecue chicken wing receipt. Okay we have dredge our chicken wings or seasoned chicken wings into some seasoned flour and now we are going to put those in a deep fryer here. We are going to fry them until we get them to a golden brown cause we want that bit of fry crispiness and that color of the frying that would give the chicken wings before we put them in the sauce and then transfer them to the oven. And you are not really frying them completely you are going to finish them up in the oven so they would finish cooking in the oven. It is just like browning any other way normally browning in a skillet or a pot and this way we are browning by deep frying just to get that crispiness in the chicken wings that the frying can provide. You don't necessarily use a deep fryer you can use a deep skillet if you like. So we get a little color on those wings and that crispiness that the frying give us. So we would continue frying our wings and move on to our next step. "
